Copyright Process

Is a vast area of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship including literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, such as poetry, novels, movies, songs, computer software, and architecture.

Our goal is to work efficiently to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. The copyright process takes a minimum of 2 months. Processing time is dependent on the Copyright Office and can take longer. EmergeCounsel does not guarantee results or outcomes. This is not legal advice. Consulting these materials does not create an attorney–client privilege.
